In 2003 we processed 70 million litres of milk, all coming exclusively from our associated farms in the region. |

| The daily collection of the milk from the refrigerated tanks on the farms ensures that it arrives in perfect condition for manufac-ture. |

each consignment a sample is taken, in order to check its physiochemical
and bacteriologi-cal state. The analysis is rigorous, guaranteeing
the strictest level of cleanliness and hygiene. |
