The Manufacturing Process

In 2003 we processed 70 million litres of milk, all coming exclusively from our associated farms in the region.

The daily collection of the milk from the refrigerated tanks on the farms ensures that it arrives in perfect condition for manufac-ture.

From each consignment a sample is taken, in order to check its physiochemical and bacteriologi-cal state. The analysis is rigorous, guaranteeing the strictest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
The careful choice of the primary material, the way in which it is processed and the systematic application of the latest techniques are the basics of CADÍ quality.
At CADÍ we have to limit expansion, which is demanded by the market, to the availability of the best milk.
